Happy Thanksgiving! {Writing Frame Freebie}

We are days away from celebrating Thanksgiving!

The trees are turning beautiful colours...I can almost smell that turkey dinner...

 

As a class we worked on this collaborative bulletin board:

I gave each student a couple of feather outlines, and let them use markers to decorate them any way they wished.

Some made stripes, some made dots, some are colour-blocked...all are colourful!

 

I had each student tell me what they are thankful for, and posted their responses around our turkey.

 

To make the turkey, just cut out one large and one medium-sized circle.

Add some details, and it's done!
